Update.
Fixed a big IC leak 2 weeks ago.
Installed Grimick inlet.
Got a perrin BOV

Today at dyno only made 320 again!!!
My tuner says car won’t make any more power, he adds fuel and boost and we get less hp. also we tryed to adjust everything with out meth first car would only make 280
this was 4th dyno already. Each dyno is 350 bucks. i have no idea wtf can be wrong.
my map http://ofps.net/pics/map.zip
any ideas?

Your tuner blows.

1) Your fuel maps are shiite. Either hes trying to make them bad on purpose, or covering up some MAF scaling/injector scaling issues.

2) Your WGDC map is crap. You hit about 38% WGDC. Unless you have a MBC I missed, you might need to up that.. a BUNCH.

3) Your Timing Advance maps are absolute crap. Your max knock correction is 2 degrees. Thats not enough timing pulled to save your motor when knocking. You should have about 10+ degrees in this map in high load areas.

4) WTF, seriously, your tuner didn't even scale your maps past 2.5 g/rev?? I hit 3.4 with the stock vf39. All maps with a g/rev axis need to be scaled. Jebus save me...

Allot of this depends on how the maf and injectors were scaled in concert. From the evidence at hand, you need to ask for money back from your tuner. Good god....

BTW, post up some logs, like 3rd gear logs from 2-7k.

log:

RPM
Total Timing
Knock Correction
IAM
Wideband AFR
g/rev
psi corrected
accelerator pedal%

If this is the same place as before, you REALLY need to watch out. I'm serious, the tune you posted is down right dangerous.

OP said he had 920cc injectors, and the map is set for for 650cc.
So the AFRs show in the fuel maps are much leaner than the car was actually running.
Why not just set the injector scaling at 920, I wonder?

BTW - your MAF table isn't even scaled for a 70mm MAF (lol). Good luck with that.

I looked at the map and I don't like it either, but I have seen far worse from even more reputable tuners.

Wolf regarding the dynamic advance maps, keep in mind this is an 07 and they don't work the same as pre-07.

Good point. My post was somewhat of a knee jerk response. Though I'd still like to see more than 2degrees, but then again, I'm not an 07-08 expert by any means.

Looks like a maf table/ fuel table bandaid instead of proper scaling and latency setup.
