IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2003 Trader Rating: (0) | Are there any tools out there that we can use for datalogging on an '08? It looks like DeltaDash has something available for ~$500cdn (direct from the UK) but I was hoping for something a little cheaper. It doesn't look like Enginuity/OpenECU/etc support the CANbus protocol yet. Ideally, I'd love to get StreetTUNER v2 but I've been waiting for that since AP v2 was released back in Dec of '06. ![]() Any suggestions/thoughts? This ad is not endorsed by this member. I just set up romraider on my friends laptop and it works as promised. I didn't log anything, but running a tatrix cable (1.2) the program can read data.I did however need to download ecuflash to get the driver for my cable. Once the computer is done charging or maybe monday Ill see how everything works.

ecuExplorer looks pretty buggy - lots of people were having issues getting it working in that thread. Are there any other ways to get ECU data from the 08 STI via the COBB AP? This is interesting.

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2006 Trader Rating: (1) | yes.... you just use the cable and dong thingy that your cobb v2 came with. The mini usb plugs into the part that plugs into the ODB-II harness. Then run the ragular usb plug into your computer and run ecuexplorer. |
