Default Only boosting at 11 PSI with ECUtek tune

This has happened to me twice already where my car would all of a sudden only boost at 11 PSI. When I reset the ECU it goes back to normal.
I have a Helix catted DP with custom ECUtek tune. Does anyone know what might cause this? My tuner has been MIA for over a year so I can't ask him.
It happened today at my track event. When I reset the ECU between sessions it would boost at 16 PSI. This is better than 11 PSI but still lower than the 18.5 I would normally get.

Sounds like stock wastegate spring boost. check all your vacuum line connections in the boost soleniod area and coming off the turbo anywhere else they run too. you might even have a crack in one of them if they are not disconnected.

If it is a leak would it change as he resets? I would think it would stay down.

That's what I was thinking. It happens when I stay in third gear near redline for a few seconds. Such as going through a series of medium speed turns on a road course all in third gear. But it seems to be totally random since it has only happened me twice, once at the track and once on the street. Is the ECU sensing something bad and cutting boost?

Does anyone have a diagram of all the hoses I should check or a link to another thread that has a diagram? Do I need to buy better hoses?
