IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | find a wide open area where you won't hit anything. put the car in neutral and stand on your brakes, put the car in fifth or sixth gear and slowly let the clutch out. If you don't kill the car, your clutch is toast. It sounds like it's done. Also check your MAF o-ring, I'm betting you cut it when you installed the K&N. |

It sounds like you have a leak, if it isn't your clutch. My clutch is slipping like a mofo and I can still boost. Check and make sure that your MAF sensor is sealed tightly and check EVERYTHING pre-turbo that you might have changed. Good luck |

i have done this and the RPM's go way too high, as if im just revving the engine.. theres no acceleration whats so ever.. Quote:
i put the car in fifth and sixth gear and my car stalled.. i also took the k&n off and put the stock airbox back in.. and i run into the same problems.. my car feels like its getting worse and worse.. im going to check all the connections tomorrow and re-do everything.. but if it is the clutch.. can someone recommend where i can buy a good clutch combo and what part numbers i would need..(for cheap)... im leaning towards the ACT clutch combo because i have heard good things about them.. but the only thing is i dont know what to look for?? my goal is to get around 400whp.. so what ever can handle that for a long time.. is what i'll probably get.. i appreciate you guys really helping me out... | ||
