Default P0031 Problem

Hey all,
I've recently thrown a P0031 CEL. This, of course, would indicate that my front O2 sensor is bad, if I'm not mistaken. However, I just replaced that front o2 sensor ~3weeks ago. I was previously throwing a P0139 (i think) when the first one went bad. I have a Invidia TBE, Invidia equal length header w/ uppipe, APS CAI, Perrin lightened crank pulley, NGK one-step-colder plugs, and the Accessport (I'm running the stage 2 93oct HWG map right now). After i replaced the first o2 sensor with another OEM model, things returned to perfect. The idle surging was gone and the car was running perfectly. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, that only last 3 weeks. Now I'm throwing a P0031 CEL. I've seen that switching to a wideband o2 sensor MIGHT be helpful, but that seems to only sometimes be the case. I've also seen that going back to the normal temp NGK plugs might cure the problem. Any suggestions as to what I can do? Replacing that damn o2 every couple of weeks just won't be economical, ya know? haha
