| Junior STI Driver | Too bad it has been raining all day because its hard to really get an idea of the mod. I can feel a bit of a diffrence regardless. BTW, My only other mod is a BOV I put on yesterday. So, comments from someone else where its not raining who has also installed their AccessPORT? This ad is not endorsed by this member. It too damn wet to drive the piss out of it so I guess it feels stronger. Before I could hardly hear my APS top mount BOV with the return feed which now makes a loud whoosh when pushed hard. So its definatly holding more boost but I can't say exactly how much. I was hoping someone else could chime in with something better. Sorry.. | |

So my only reason for getting engine management will be to make sure it is ALWAYS fast. Please also consider the consistency of the power in your further testing of the AP. If the Cobb flash fixes this as well then it is my next purchase. |

Robert~ ps - also by working correctly, I mean does it allow you to run 100% atmospheric and not run super rich.

Don't expect HUGE change. I think it's a great start and with more stages(stage2 and beyond) it will make the STi an even more formidable.

| The Next Petter Solberg | Installed mine over the weekend. Stage 1 93 octance. I am pleased, runs smooth and I'd swear I'm boosting faster, hitting peaks of around 17 before tapering down towards redline. I'd say for a simple computer adjustment to a completely stock car, this is exactly what I'd expect. After all, I doubt Subaru would ship the car with too much wasted potential. |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2003 Trader Rating: (0) | I installed mine on Friday and have 200 miles on it with the AP. I'm running stage 2 93 and it's PULLS! I love it! Peak psi is 16 with my headers. I may go back to the OEM ones until I can get a custom flash from a shop with the Pro Tuner which isn't released yet so I can hit the 17.5-18 psi others have seen. |
