IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2007 Trader Rating: (3)  |  Mount AP to A-Pillar? Anyone mount their Accessport to the Driver Side A pillar? If so, how did you do it. I want to mount it so I can see my boost, etc. And I want to keep it to that side of the car so I can run the wires underneath the steering column and up. This ad is not endorsed by this member. IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2006 Trader Rating: (15) | Re: Mount AP to A-Pillar? Just get gauges man, I personaly dont even think you should use the accessport for true boost readings. Very unpredictable and in accurate. You can get a stri gauge for $100. Worth every penny. IMO! |

| Senior STI Driver | Re: Mount AP to A-Pillar? The AP reads the MAP sensor. This is the sensor that your ECU uses to control boost. So, the input and output is accurate. I'm not sure if the output is delayed or not though. Quote:
