Default 7k launch?

ok hey guy i just broke in my sti were i thought was good to start driving like a man and not no wee neer haha. i waited 2k utill i started going over 80 and 4kRPM...

this saturday i raced a stock 05 sti and i did a 7k launch and i thought i was really tight so i didnt it about 2 other times. but i wanted to know how bad it is for my car?

anything i should worrie about? whats a good spot to launch at with out the AWD bog and is safe for my car....

7k?? i launch at like 4500-5000 and it seems to work for me....

I launch higher usually between 5.5k-6k. I have a big turbo and FMIC so i try to launch higher so I dont bog. I also like to induce wheel spin, it takes some of the stress off of the drivetrain.

4500-5000 seems to work... but 7K is just not worth it...

imma stick to 4500-5500 i did one to day and it seemed to work out fine.
