Damn dude...

Steve's a good guy. Without him I'd still be scratching my head trying to figure out the coilovers I bought.

stock clutch lasted 57K miles with tons of launchs, many autox events, street races, road trips, the car has seen 130mph for 45-50 minutes straight i treat it like shet and it just keeps goin, even dropped into 2nd at 80mph many of times tryin to down shift to 4th, tach blurrs passed 9,000 before i can get the clutch back in, nothing, its a pure tank

Holy crap dude...

The worst mistakes I've made...

Downshifting and accidentally releasing the the clutch really fast in second gear at an autocross without rev matching. I don't know what happened, I just forgot to rev match. It was wet so it didn't matter much, but the feeling of all four tires reverse locking was certainly entertaining.

Other time was coming out onto the front straight at Barber Motorsports Park. Hit second gear when going for fourth from third. I shift at 6000 RPM's and caught it the moment I engaged the clutch and felt the weight of the car shift forward violently, so the RPM's didn't really increase.

That was the only time I've messed up a shift in this car.
