Default places to drive

Hi all, where are some good places to take the Scoob and have some fun, other than proper tracks? I live in Suffolk, neary Newmarket. I know of a few country roads around Newmarket and Bury St. Edmunds but the possibility of horses or farm tractors coming from the opposite direction make it risky. Any ideas from experience?
