Well we may have at least narrowed the issue down to the front if adjusting the dccd is having a dramatic effect on how serious it is. Im with fullerton take it back for more serious mechanical diagnosis. If the adjustments to the dccd are having an effect that pretty much rules out an electrical issue.

An update:
My car is at the Subie dealership right now and it will be in for two more days.
It seems like theres a center diff problem and it happen to start when I changed the fluid to Amsoil.
I dropped off the car Sunday night at the dealership and its getting some parts that should be in today and getting worked on tommarrow.
I keep you guys posted.

interesting. i think you need to post EXACTLY what the problem is, when you find out, and exactly what was put in there, when... for us to learn from.

that label amsoil does not carry as much anti slip additive as the SVG label. ad one anti-slip bottle and your woes should be vanquished. yes long term chatter can cause damage. some cars really are more or less tolerent of differing fluids and their additives. i used SVG with no added anti slip . my friends dodge truck needed a bottle added. go figure.

A small update.
My car has been in the shop for 10 days now and getting new parts as I write.
The dealer noticed the problem and mentioned it could be the center diff itself. So they went ahead and changed it thinking it was the problem. After the install the problem still was present.
Then they replaced the DCCD sensor. Nothing!
Then they replaced the fluid to the GM synchromesh. Nope!
Then they replaced the tranny sensor. Nada!

They removed my light weight rotors thinking that this can cause the problems and nothing.
They now have a Subaru Rep trouble shooting the problem with the dealership because they can't figure out this problem I'm having.
I hope they put a new tranny.

Hope you get an answer my car does the same thing. not as bad though I took it to the dealer hear and they said everything seems fine. So hope your story goes farther then mine. I will try to change my fluids again following the guide posted in the howto and see if it helps out all.

My noise/clunking/jerking really wasn't that bad at all. After changing the fluid I noticed shortly after (with in a few hours) that the noise / jerking had started.
After finding out here that this noise is not supposed to happen when changing the tranny/ rear diff fluids, I went to Subaru and presented the problem to them and thank god everything is covered under the warrenty.
I'll keep you guys posted on whats going on.

I think everyone should read this thread if they havent already:

http://www.iwsti.com/forums/drivetra...ight=clint+6MT

Personally, I think you should hit up your local Subie pals and get together to order this:

https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/p...oducts_id=1073

Along with the LSD oil linked by eXstasy. The can is 20L so you can do 4 subies with it (4.3L each). It doesn't have a shelf life, so you can save it if you don't have 4 people ready. But, contrary to common sense, our cars do not come with this already in the transmission. And a lot of people have reported great results. Which makes sense since this is probably the oil that Subaru's engineers worked with when designing the transmissions.
