Yeah, I always thought it was funny that Subaru promotional lit tried to make a distinction between torsen and helical diffs. Anyway, I agree with unclemat on the diff table. If the R180 was the clutch type, what is the new model number for the torsen rear?

The bigger issue is if you are lifting the inside rear on track your suspension is not as well sorted as you think.

Wait what? The rear lsd is a clutch lsd???...that was not my understanding. I always thought that the rear diff is helical....not saying you are wrong either...

Yes, the R180 lsd is a mechanical clutch based lsd IIRC. Only recently did Subaru switch to torsen front and rear.
