IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | Hello, I am on the verge of signing up the klunk gb, I just have one last issue that I couldn't find after searching, do you need both parts to eliminate the clunk? I mean do I need both the rear subframe and rear diff bushings to eliminate the clunk, as I realize having both will result in better communication with the rear of the car. Basically, are both needed just for the purpose of the clunk elimination? Thanks for your help! This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

| Authorized Vendor | No. Either the outrigger or rear diff mount bushings will work to eliminate the clunk by themselves. Getting both firms up the rear end of the car considerably though. |

Thanks a lot! I was just thinking about joining the groupbuy and wanted to make sure one last time. to boostedrex05- please read my other thread in this subforum about "chirping 1-2". It has a lot of discussion about whether there is more stress associated with the klunk killer kit or not. In the end, if you shifting so hard you need the klunk killer kit, then you are already placing stress on the drivetrain. This ad is not endorsed by this member.
