About avg EGT numbers ????

I installed my DEFI EGT package and I noticed that I was idleing at around 800 F and I was averaging 1400 F at cruising around town 3-4000 RPMs 60-80 MPH. Is this normal temps or am I not right in respect to too hot or too cold?

That was normal temps for me before I put on my turboback exhaust.

so what are your temps after installing Turboback and what brand are you using as I am considering selling my JDM catback and getting a APS turboback or whichever one sounds the best and performs the best

I have the turboxs RFL with a cat. It has lowered EGTs about 100 degrees at idle. I haven't been able to test it out on the highway yet.

I have an Omori EGT with a catless Turbo XS stealthback I see about 850-900F at idle and 1400F cruising. My probe is located on the DS cylinder closest to the bumper (about 3 inches from the exhuast port).
