I'm not sure how many of you are aware but the stock line between the outlet and waste gate has a restrictor in it. If you put it in backwards you get lower boost. The restrictor should be on the outlet side of the tee. Some one wise person mentioned it to me and as luck would have it I reversed it when I converted back to stock from the XS HPBC. I hadn't driven the car all winter but it seemed slower than I remembered. The best part is I raced and beat an EVO with it running 4psi lower. :P
