Also post pics of the washer for the front stay. If that rotates out of the retainer tab the lockout will be wonky. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad.

Wow. This really pissed me off. I may be over reacting because I am stressed out from having the broken shifter, but this was just unnecessary. I live in manhattan, and unless I want to street park and have my car stolen, I really don't have a choice but to park in a garage (which are all Valet in manhattan). I try to come in and out during slow hours to avoid needing to have someone else park it for me, however, the garage always has cars coming in and out. Occassionally, they need to move my car when I am not there. I don't like it, but thats the way it is. I am pretty friendly with almost everyone that works there and they all know to take car of my ride. I think it was a garage-valet-attendant noob that broke it. Needless to say I am pissed. I am also friendly with the garage owner (who charges me 1/2 price). I can't really complain. Rant done. Thanks for nothing.

I didn't think anybody in the city actually owned a car. I'd still be scared to see what 1/2 price parking is like there.

A lot of people abuse their equipment, especially if it is someone else's performance car. I do not abuse my car and for the most part don't trust other people to drive it. |

| Authorized Vendor | Looks broken to me, but then again I've never had to completely take it apart to that extent. Pull the assembly out and have a look to see if you can get it back together. If not, then you need to order a new one. |
