Default Exedy stage 2?

I'm about to pull the trigger on a Perrin rotated 30r setup and figure the stock clutch will just give me the middle finger and give up. I've read up through previous posts but didn't see much on the Exedy stage 2 clutches. Anyone have any experience to relay good or bad or maybe a recommendation for something else. Car is a daily driver and slaughters cones once a month.

i have a exedy twin plate and i like my clutch a lot. Its pretty stiff but grabs really well and is not that bad for a DD.

Is the twin plate sprung or unsprung?
