IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2006 Trader Rating: (1) | I'm a huge fan of lightweight rotating parts and i know there are a ton of threads on them individually but what do you all think about them, and which ones are the best to get? So far i have come up with brakeman rotors, acpt carbon fiber driveshaft, perrin lightweight pully, volk te37 (not sure about what size of what tire), i have mixed feelings about flywheels for the street and thats about all i can think of now. 1. Crank pulley 2. Streetlite Flywheel 3. CF driveshaft 4. Project Mu rotors 5. Lightweight power steering / alternator pulley Street driveability is ok; this is my daily driver and I'm fine with it. Just takes a little getting used to, give it a bit more gas and slip the clutch so you don't stall it. | |

IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2006 Trader Rating: (1) | i have been unable to find the weight of the project mu anywhere, many people have them and like them, the brakeman's are probably the lightest of any rotors but the are the most money too, performance friction has out new ones that are 4lbs lighter so im guessing the project mu are about the same and they are both the same price, the dba 5000 are a little more money but also only 1lb lighter than stock, someone please correct me if i'm wrong This ad is not endorsed by this member.
