Default NEO SYNTHETIC gear/tranny oil

I'm considering doing a tranny/gear oil change soon. I was wondering on peoples expierence with neo synthetic gear oil. I heard mix things from them, although its the gear oil used by SWRT. I've been on nabisco, nothing but bad stuff. i-club, people say good things. I'm wondering what people with STi's with this oil think about it, and grinding becomming an issue because its synthetic? Also I've heard people blowing their tranny's with other synthetics.

I'm also currently running redline, i expierence not much grinding, but its easier to deal with rev matching.

I tried Redline synthetic transmission fluid and fourth would grind. I switched back to the Subaru one and it was back to normal. As long as your car is still under warranty, stick with the Subaru branded transmission fluid.
