Default Last stop before a new clutch...

Just making sure I've done/checked everything I can. I got into a wreck a few months ago, it wasn't bad, but when I got her back I had clutch shudder when she was cold. Reverse is perfect, but it doesn't ever seem to completely go away. I can feel a slight shudder in all gears, that goes away with the clutch in, after getting off the gas. It's only obvious while cold in first and second gear, though. It's like it stalls a 1000 RPM higher than it used to. I've only launched a few times, and I got burned clutch smell twice, but that was over six months ago. She's at 43k, so it's about the right time. I've put valvoline 75w90 in, and then later had my local dealer put in whatever they put in, and it's the same. I have to sell her ASAP, as I'm about to leave the service, and can't afford $900/mo(including insurance) for much longer. I hate having a conscience. Thanks in advance for any input.

I am not sure what your question is? I got:

A) You got into an accident
B) Car was repaired
C) Car is clutch shudder
D) You want to sell the car because you are going into service
E) You want to make sure don't feel guilty before you sell it with a busted clutch???

If E is what you are trying to say than just disclose that info to any and all potential buyers. I know I would. You wouldn't want something like that to happen to you? You buy a car thinking its okay and than 2 days later find out it needs a clutch.
