Default I think my clutch is going, help please

So here is my problem, when I'm on the highway doing 70 in 6t gear when I downshift and go WOT my RPMs go up but the car will not move, same thing happens in the 4th gear, and after it if I just give gas slightly it goes, plus after wide open all I can smell is clutch. Please let me know if it's my clutch.
Also how much is the clutch for my car, just the part and will my waranty cover it? I'm at 33000 now but have an aftermarket DP exhaust and suspention.
Thank you in advance
Sergey

It's your clutch. What you're experiencing is clutch slippage. You can try to get it warrantied, but I'm pretty sure the dealer is gonna try to stop you. Don't take no for an answer and make them prove that it was user abuse that resulted in pre-mature clutch failure. Good luck.

RdRacer301 thank you so much for such quick response, this is why I love this forum, you guys are the best as always. While we are on it, any idea how much and what type I should get, and should i do stock or go higher like stage 1 or even 2? I don't drag or autocross just drive hard time to time.
thanks again
Sergey

Since you're not past 36k, try the dealership for warranty work. Can't beat free replacement. If they try to say that it was due to use-abuse, make them prove it. If all fails, there are several aftermarket options: ACT, Exedy.

yea curious to find out, mines getting close, it only messes up under stress, i mainly can just tell how crappy it feels relative to how it use to be. Love to get a dealer clutch but seems tough

good luck with the dealership - not a part that they will want to warranty without a huge fight. My clutch went out at 46XXX miles without any hard use - just the quality of the clutch in the car.

ps the slippage will only get worse and worse and quickly.
