I really want to get these mounts also. How hard was the motor mount portion of the install?

I drove an '06 this last weekend with the Cuscos on it and IMHO and for my personal preference-there was entirely TOO MUCH NVH. Now, I have Group-N engine/tranny mounts, KB x-member bushings, Klunk Killer w/outrigger bushings, and the full shifter set, so I am not afraid of NVH. I found my limit with this car, however-harsh-I could feel every stroke of the crank-eek!

This makes me want to get them. I really like the raw race car feel and sound.

+1 the nvh gets less severe over time. i barely notice it anymore. feels only a little worse than stock. this was said before, but for 06 owners, the mounts will fit. you just need the silver brackets off 05 mounts or from grp n's.

VividRacing (eek! I know) has them for $239.00 usd. I asked a local vendor to match the price and got them from him instead.

I daily drive my car with these mounts. I think they're awesome and totally liveable. You only feel them at idle. Once the engine is revving you wont notice them.

Totally^^

I SWEAR that almost all of the previous NVH is gone. I really didnt think it would get this much better.

There is deinately an increase in NVH but nothing unbearable. Usually only when the engine is cold. After it warms up you can barely even tell the difference. The average person wouldnt even know. Rev matching and double clutching is definately a lot easier as well.

its also a good idea to swap in the karboy tranny crossmember bushings while installing the transmission mount.
