I have the Fumotovalve and it is excellent. I don't think we benefit from the magnetic plug as our car has an aluminum block. That being said.....I have a magnet on my oil filter anyway.

I changed mine and didnt have a crush washer

I would have niticed because my BMW mc has them everywhere
might just go and get some since i want to change me oil again in 500
