If you are concerned about NVH, wrap the control arm with about 3 layers of Dynamat. This will reduce some of the vibration. I found it helped quite a bit. Kartboy/TiC FTW!!!

^I dynamatted mine too. Not stock quiet, but pretty damn good!

Short throw shifter is an option on '06 cars just like it was on '04 and '05 cars.
