What is the status of this "challenge"? Have you found the source of the issue or a fix?

the DS arrived thursday and i was able to install it today.

it is much better but, still has an issue. i am now able to hit 95-100 before i start really feeling the shake, it is there and fairly minor below the mentioned speeds. this is up from starting to feel it at 60ish.

now keep in mind i only took the car for a 2 mile testdrive. i will report back in a couple of days when i have some miles in it and know better how it feels(vibration/shake).

i have NOT tried the stock pulley YET. i will when i dig thru the shelf and find it.

Some folks described their vibration behaving like a harmonic, only existing in a specific speed range and not existing above or below that speed range. Does your's exhibit this behavior or does your vibration just stay constant, or what I would consider worse, continue to get more and more severe as you continue to accelerate?
Good luck, man!

it was getting worse with speed. now with the new DS i have not had a SAFE chance to run it way up on speed. with that said, i did run it on the jackstands before the drive. it had a vibration/shake starting at 80ish and got worse thru 120-125 where i stopped running it on the stands. you have to keep in mind that on the stands the car and suspension is not loaded, the true driving impressions cant be made until i get a safe place to do it. that statement in its self are a huge improvement, prior i could create/duplicate the problem without going more than 10 over the speed limit.

Not only is the suspension not loaded on jackstands, your tires/diff/driveline/trans don't have any resistance - how is that even remotely accurate for real-world behavior?
