Default New Clutch And New Flywheel!

Ok my dad was driving the car for about 200 miles a few days ago and he noticed that my clutch was slipping so he told me and i didnt notice it . . . so im like watever so i take it to a shop and the guy says it fine??? all he did was rev the engine and it didnt sound like it was going to stall so it was fine . . . well tonight im driving back home and i pull out of my parking spot nd the car dosnt want to reverse lol it was right about to stall and kept doing it for about 10 min the whole way home . . . so anyways i told my dad and he is going to get me a clutch, a flywheel, and some sparks cause i passed 30k lol o and this is my stock clutch . . . 3 drivers learned on my car! . . . so my question to you guys and girls is what type of clutch and flywheel should i go with exedy act or watever and wat do i look for when i upgrade my clutch and flywheel . . . i dont have too much extra power im pretty much stock and the most i will hit is 280whp (after all my planed upgrades) . . . so with that lol

Sorry for the long write up hahaa

Thank you in advanced!!!

Personally i would get an act flywheel and either the cheapest act clutch kit or you can find on certain places just the act disc for like $100. not sure whether the disc will fit with your pressure plate but thats what i would do.

get yourself an RPS clutch and keep your stock flywheel...If you want another flywheel I would get the STI flywheel and be done with it....

there is good news and bad news about lighter flywheels. the good news is youre reducing rotating mass and inertia. the bad new is, youre reducing rotating mass and inertia and it changes things, like launches. make sure you consider the good with the bad before making the switch.
