Default Need a C-ring for my shifter (clip ring)

my car's been at renick in fullerton, ca for almost 5 full business days. they're giving me some crap about needing a c-ring (clip ring) for my shifter. they also put in new front pads on, but still, 5 days for pads and getting my shifter fixed is bs! does anyone know where i can get the c-ring? thanks in advance.

You can get a GIANT pack of C rings from Pep Boys for $15- in every size you can imagine. Sounds like BS to me.

This is so frustrating. Any suggestions on what i should do? I've talked to the service dept. manager, he's going to call me back and let me know what the hold up is. So is there a part # for the "circlip"? where can i buy one?
