the bushings are made of a stiffer material i believe polyurethane, once you take out the stock ones and feel the difference then you will know what i am talking about. these help stiffen up the feel of the shifter, make it feel less sloppy. i just recently installed the cobb ss and kartboy front and rear bushings, and man it is night and day. makes driving the car that much more fun, really makes it feel like a race car if you dont have the factory short shifter look into either the cobb or kartboy one and then install the bushings you will not be dissappointed

i dont know how to send links yet still trying to figure it out. just type in rallyarmour.com it will come up and search the site you will see it, promise. it really explains detailed instructions great and its a video the feel is notchier doesnt rattle around as much, i have the bushings and the rear stay bushing from kartboy feels great only thing is there is a little more noise inside the cabin but it is pretty minor, i like it since i can hear the turbo and blowoff valve better the stock rear stay bushing is so wimpy looking and soft compared to the stock one same with the bushings makes a huge difference, now just go do it

i know it seems weird but the stiffer bushings the only thing they do is stiffen up the shifting in a positive way and will last forever thats it, nothing that complicated once you pull the stock ones you can look at them both and see. its no different than changing out you steering rack bushings or engine and transmission mounts, or at least thats how i look at it

These are for the Kartboy bushings but the install should be the same for Cobb's. It's not a hard install at all, just take your time and you'll have no problems.

Uhhh...I have a quick question. How could you order a product and have absolutely no idea how to install it or what it does? What if you got these then asked this question and people told you that this was the worst possible thing you could do to your car? Maybe it is just me, but I think you should be extremely informed on any part that goes into your car...before you buy it.

Yup it is just you. I fafter I bought this product I was told that it was really bad, even though I read that a lot of people loved it, I would sell it on that thing that is called ebay. I dont know if youve heard of ebay but it is pretty good, for selling things. And I figured while I was ordering other parts I might aswell get it!

You make no sense

I totally agree with IwantanSTi, and it took every ounce of my being not to rip you apart earlier, when I had first saw this thread this morning. I don't understand you at all man, Why would you go and order something you have no clue about or what it even does, that's just pure ignorance. Yea its a great mod don't get me wrong but WTF were you thinking?

This is my second time trying to figure you out man, I don't understand... do you want to act cool when you do things? First you go and post pics of a random girl claiming to be your ex, when she's a pornstar. And now you go and buy something you have no idea about and start a pointless thread about it....Smarten Up man, you're better than that...well at least I hope you are....

Before I forget, I have some extra blinker fluid for sale if you're interested, let me know if you want some....I'll sell it to you cheap

Thanks for all your help and comments! Now that you have basically called me an a$$hole, I will be more carfull of what I post here, knowing that you are looking to rip my throat out. I was just trying to figure out what something does because yes I was stupid and bought something that I shouldnt have. But instaed of you being nice about it and coping with my stupidity you rip on me. So thanks again! And I will take some of that fluid!
