Default Noob question on wheel bearings to AutoX'ers

Not at all a mechanic so I hope this isn't a dumb question.

I know that running AutoX puts a lot of stress on the wheel bearings. How often should one get their bearings checked and/or re-packed if they run AutoX? Thanks much.

(I did run a search but couldn't find anything about checking wheel bearings)

They are sealed bearings, so they do not require packing them w/grease. You will know if a wheel bearing begins to go bad-they get noisy or there will be excessive play from the wheel. It is probably the last part you will ever have to worry about on these cars-they usually last forever.
