| Junior STI Driver | I had the street max series clutch and the fidanza flywheel installed at the dealer about 3-4 weeks ago and everything has been fine. Today the clutch pedal stopped coming all the way back up so I just figured it needed some lube or something. I threw some wd-40 on it but there was no improvement. Now while I am driving home I come to a stop and now I cannot even put the car into gear so it takes me a few tries but I finally get it in and dont stop until I get home. The clutch just goes all the way to the floor but nothing happens. Now it is sitting in the garage and it will not change gears at all I just barely got it into neutral. So I am going to call the dealer where I had it installed and have it towed there tomorrow. Does anybody know what the porblem could be or has anyone had this problem on any car before? IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | Hey guys, when i push in the clutch past 3-4 inches i can feel a little friction and you can kind of hear it grinding or something. How long does it take usually before the stock clutch is supposed to be replaced or does anyone know how to fix this problem? |
