Default diff and tranny fluids

Anybody have any pics of how to change the tranny and diff fluids? I have 14000 miles on my car now and I want to change all my fluids. I dont know what kind of fluid to buy or where to drain it out or put it in.
Some help with pictures would be awesome.
I'm waiting on the reply so I can go to murrays and buy the stuff.
I gotta do all this today.

For fluid, use Motul Gear 300 75W-90. Best gear oil ever

If it's too expensive for you, use Valvoline dino 75W-90 and you should be fine too.

Someone suggested dropping the tranny oil pan to clean an internal filter in there. I'm doing that when I'm hitting 32k miles

A lot of people stay with the regular Valvoline dino 75W-90.

How many miles are you at? I was thinking around 15K I would swap fluids in the tranny and diff, but then again, that might be too early.

Too early? I changed my engine oil and all the gear oil at 2.5k miles. I wanted to get rid of all the debris and shavings from break-in.

I changed the tranny fluid at 15k miles, right before I brought it into the dealer for the 15k maintenance. At 21k miles now it still feels nice.

Jay, for the first 15K miles did you compete in auto events and/or were a bit rough with the car? I ask b/c I've done about 4 AutoX events and a full-day of AutoX driving school. The car is shy of 12K miles, but I was thinking when 15K comes around it might be due for it.

I've put at least 300 autox runs on my car and still on stock tranny and rear diff fluids. I just hit 30k miles too. I think it's time for some new stuff. Motul Gear 300 for the tranny and probably Motul Gear Competition for the rear diff.

What about the Amsoil Severe Gear Oil 75W-90? AndrewSS is using it and likes it. Anyone else give it a shot?

I just dumped the Motul 300 in favor of 80W-90 Valvoline non-synthetic. I was getting way too much grinding (especially 3rd) with the Motul. Since I've gone back to dino, no problems.

One AutoX, one AutoX driving school and a LOT of trips to the dragstrip. Literally every week all summer, I probably had 50+ passes before I changed the fluid.
