| Junior STI Driver | I looked over info on the front LSD, and noticed that it went from the SureTrac in '04 (made by FHI), to a new helical LSD in the '05. Now, aside from having my brain turned to mush trying to understand how a helical diff works, I'm curious as to who makes it. When I did a search, the only two companies that appear to make a helical diff are Torsen and Quaife. Did FHI build a new helical diff from the ground up, or did that contract it from one of those companies. Anyone know? This ad is not endorsed by this member. | dances with roads | I don't know for certain but FHI makes the center and rear differentials so I assume they know how to cut a helical gear. My money is on them making their own diff. |

| The Next Petter Solberg | It's probably not a torsen. Torsen is a whole different kind of diff. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |
