Default Removing Rear Diff Fill Plug?

What do you guys use, and where did you get it? Looks to be a 30mm plug, and I figured I'd just get a 30mm deep well socket to clear the temp sensor, but Craftsman doesn't make one that big, and I couldn't find any on Mac or Snap-On's websites...I hate to spend $21 for a 30mm wrench that might slip and break off the sensor connector, or for that matter an adjustable wrench...

Yes, it is a 30mm. I use a deep well socket. Works great. I figured it was safer than using a crescent. Good luck.

Yes you remove the temp sensor first.

I would suggest making sure you can get the fill plug loose (top; 30mm plug) before draining the fluid (bottom plug).

Crescent wrench works fine for the fill plug. It doesn't have a big load of torque in it anyways because it looks like a brass plug or something ...
