Default When do *YOU* use DCCD-Manual Modes?

The Drive Performance magazine stickies give a great review of how to use DCCD Auto modes, but it is very vague on the Manual Modes, ie "to suit an individual driving style."

So, let's here from owners.

When do *YOU* use DCCD-Manual Modes?

Let's use this template to keep it easy to read.

Please be as detailed as you would like and also note if it is for normal driving, certain weather conditions, certain terrain, auto-x, rallying, road-racing/hpde, etc etc.

ok, I'll bite.
100% only on snow covered roads.
00% drifting, autocross, gymkhana to get the car to rotate.
Auto mode for hpde track days and the street.
I found that the middle setttings just bind at slow speeds and push (understeer) at any other speed.

I use auto for normal driving under normal conditions.
Full lock/100% in HEAVY rain or other low traction conditions. Freaking thing rides on rails with the Continental DW shoes on. You hear the hydroplane but dont feel it.

Full open/0% when I'm on the highway. I dont know if it gets that coveted +1-2MPH but it makes me feel better. never used the mixed settings.

2weeks ago I did a gymkhana and had it in auto mode, and the car under-steered badly going into a corner.
I then tried changing it to 00% which is all the way to the bottom, I think its 35-65 split... <- this did noting for the under-steer into the corner. it only made the car very angry when I accelerated out.
