QTP downpipe / cut-out anyone?

I just can't imagine how the ECU can adapt so quikly to the butterfly valve opening and closing so fast. Talk about free flowing.........

Anyone know of someone who has used the quicktimeperformance.com/Downpipe /cut-out?

mcR, tell us more. Do you have any regrets?

Edit: Just came across Lastchilds thread a couple of weeks ago so no need to respond unless you have any lessons learned to share since then..

i have one too

i got it installed professionally before the cat and all i can say is

its really loud and the car sounds mean

car feels stronger especially up top.. my cel came on but its altright im gonna get a mechanical fix for it.. no regrets, love it :wink:

no regrets at all.. its hot .. drive around and if you want attention turn it on

would a DP on a stock exhaust do anything? or should I do that after an cat back

Thats good to hear. I cant seem to decide between this and a full exhaust. I am leaning toward having both. Thanks for the posts........
