Default dccd box and yaw sensor:locations

about to put a 2007 tranny in my 2005 sti. need the location of the dccd box and the yaw sensor in the 05 sti. thanks

yaw sensor is under the e-brake, along with g sensor I believe.

DCCD is on passenger side firewall, next to ECU.

Don't the 2006+ DCCD units also have a steering angle sensor? Or is that also on the 2005 as well?

The steering sensor was added in 06, so its not on the 05's.

So, were is the yaw sensor located?

Almost positive you dont have one. Think 08 first to get that.

What's the new one for this year that caught it up to the evo? Maybe i read it backwards and the evo was getting the upgrades this year.

Ya. The EVO has a Super-Active Yaw Control (SAYC) system. Previously only available on the JDM model until the X.
