Default Rebuilt a r180?

My car's doing a silly sound from the rear when trottle is apply, yesterday I put a tic clunk killer kit and the sound from the differential is like the one in the WRC. I did a search and find the topic of PowerLabs when he talk about lsd rebuilt. But with the sound I got I thinks it's more the gear.

So that (RalliSpec - Differntials)

RST-1953 STi Pressure Ring Set R180 (STi) $325
Increases the pressure angles of the stock R180 plated LSD (STi models) from 45 degrees to 60 degrees in order to improve throttle sensitivity for competition use. The LSD will operate quicker and more effectively. This is the optimal way to improve the performance of the factory STi rear LSD. Homologated for N11 & N12.

Or I need a PINION & CROWN GEAR SET?

Does this kit will fix my problem and is it possible to change that by myself?
If yes I'll buy the overhaul lsd kit by the same time, what do you think?

Thanks
JF
