Default Clutch vibration under load?

After a long, spirited drive up and down Angeles Crest today, I noticed my clutch start to act oddly on the drive home. As I depress the clutch to switch gears, I can feel a vibration through the pedal as it goes through the top of the stroke. The vibration seems to correspond w/ the RPM of the engine. Is my clutch going? Is this the "throwout bearing?"

I'm on the stock clutch w/ almost 30k miles, just flashed stage 2 a week ago, and never had any clutch problems besides pedal squeak. Never autocrossed, tried launching it a grand total of maybe 3 times in the car's life. Seems a bit early for it to have clutch problems.

Hope you guys can diagnose this one... car is my first manual, so forgive me if I don't recognize the problem (if it's an obvious one, that is).

nobody else experienced this? the clutch isn't slipping or anything, just the pedal feel changed dramatically... it's less stiff and vibrates along with the engine when you push the pedal in

sorry, i don't have an answer, but i wonder if mine is related to yours... after an event at buttonwillow last weekend, i can feel a slight vibration when going through the stroke (both up and down). but clutch engagement is okay, and there's no slippage.
