Default Clutch...Quick Answer

Heyas, I know I know, not another what clutch.....

I'm upgrading to a Dom 3R, and supporting mods on 91 oct. I weekend DD, AutoX, and some drags. What confuses me is trying to figure out torque ratings minus drivetrain loss. All dyno's read different, so I'm not sure how I should decide what rating to go with. Any help would be appreciated, or if you have another option from these two.

I've narrowed it down between a Act SB4-HDSS Disc (40% clamp, 515f/lbs) or Act SB4-XTSS Street (54% clamp, 566f/lbs).

And it'll hold up to 450ish wtq? I don't mind sacrificing a bit of drivability for the XTSS. It's my impression it's the same, just a different psi plate.
I just mainly wanna make sure I'm not going too light. And I sure don't want a puck.

Thnx white
