Default Stock clutch woes...

Ok so I am not sure if my clutch is soon to die or just out of adjustment. I drive the car pretty easy but have quite a few launches on the stock clutch and 25k miles of everyday driving. Clutch does not slip on hard shifts or low rpm pulls at WOT and full boost.

My problem is that the pedal pressure and overall feel is garbage. The engagement point of the clutch has definitely risen up in relation to pedal position (clutch pedal is almost all the way up from the floor for full engagement). I know that is a tell tale sign of a dying clutch but like I said I have not yet experienced any kind of slipping.

Since this is my first Subaru I am just open to ideas or opinions, is this an adjustment issue? Do I need to bleed the clutch hydraulics? Or must I replace the clutch?

Thanks.

i would try bleeding or adjusting first and see if that makes a difference. i've had cars that had the same symptoms as yours and the clutch lasted a long time.
