Act street light or even the oem one. Do stock Flywheel, take it to be resurfaced.

Can someone please enlighten me as to why an oem clutch and pressure plate should be used on a car that is not stock? The oem disk is not the problem, the oem pressure plate is the problem....its junk for everything but a stock car. As much as I have read about clutches and pressure plates across different car brands Exedy pressure plates are always overrated compared to their actual torque capacity. If the OP's clutch is slipping and he has a MY07 he obviously drives his car hard. So what would be the point of another stock clutch, it would just slip again.

OP, for anything from Stage 2 to a race-gas tuned GT30R a ACT HDSS or RPS Max Series organic disk clutches will do the job and not have a problem with slipping. For anything above that go with a ACT or RPS sprung 6-puck and stay away from anything twin or tripled plate. I say that because a sprung puck clutch will have the same if not better drivability as a multi plate clutch and when it comes time to replace it you are just replacing a $7-800 clutch as opposed to a clutch that costs 2-3x more than that for the same performance and livability.....as far as flywheel, stock resurfaced

If you like to drag, look at what a lighter flywheel does, it changes the way you launch the car.
