Default bearing retainer or equivalent

Anybody have a part number for whatever piece the throwout bearing rides on? I'm not familiar with the STI 6-speed, but for anyone who's familiar with a Borg Warner T-5 it would be the equivalent of the input shaft bearing retainer, or on a T-56 the sleeve was a separate part. What is it on the STI tranny? My TOB has been howling intermittently for 45K miles and I want to have one on hand just in case it's got some grooves worn into it.

Mucho thanks...
