Default 2nd gear locking!!!

I have an 07 STi with 4100 miles. My 2nd gear is locking everytime I shift fast in high rpms. When I am driving normally, then 2nd won't lock and it will go in smoothly. I have warranty. Will Subaru fix that for me with the mods I have or will they void it possibly???
