Default notchy shifting

just curious if its normal for it to feel somewhat notchy when shifting easy. i bought the car at about 30k so i dont know what its like brand new. i had bought a bn 06 wrx before this car and it feels alot more different than this transmission. thanks in advance

Are you referring to the clicking feel in the shifter? If so, I have the same problem.

no i dont belive it did. my friend says its just how the sti tranny is but i wasnt sure. I thought i posted this in the newbie section, sorry.
