jdm 5th with usdm 6th, possible?

i need to replace some bad synchros and i really want the jdm 5th for a better feel upshifting from 4th but i would like to keep the tall 6th for cruising, can i use the jdm 5th and the usdm 6th?

I believe it is possible from what ive heard. I do not know anyone to ever do it though.

ask the shop who's doin the instal or has done them. i know gruppe-s did them when mike was there, not sure if he did them or what, but he'd prob know. (mike at gst)

no, it is not possible.
5th and 6th are cast on the same hub.
