6mt Clutch\Flywheel Writeup?

Im currently searching for a writeup on how to change the clutch and flywheel on the 04 STi.

Im curious to difficulty rating, and how many hours it should take if I have all the tools and manpower I need.

Maybe a weekend on jackstands if I go slow?

A writeup with pics would be bada, but id settle for a txt writeup too!
