Reading the date of your post it says that you have just posted this. But I would swear that I have seen you post that almost identical same line some were else or am I just loosing my mind....

a deja vu perhaps? actually, i am mind numbingly consistent, if nothing else.
(i always use "little ricky" and "hack" in the same breath (isfh)

As you said mind numbingly consistent. You scare me some times...

rear subframe lockdown bolts/kit--to harsh for daily driver??

I wonder if I can find more...

No, nothing out of the ordinary..

One thing you can try is to back out the bolts and check the threads. When I did mine, I was told that sometimes the undercoating can get globbed up in the threads and prevent the bolt from going all the way in. So you could pull them out, clean the threads and try again.
