they do make a big improvement! While you're in there wrenching, you might as well get the rest of the shifter bushings found at Turninconcepts.com

Ditto all of that. Pick up one of the TiC kits and you will not regret it. Search this forum for the eleventy bazillion testimonials.

Yea this topic has been discussed hundreds of times. I don't think I've ever seen a negative answer about it.

Actually, check the linkage color under the car. If the linkage core is gold then you want the 04/05 setup. If the linkage core is dark green you want the 06 setup.

Depending on how mechanically inclined you are it could be anywhere from an hour to 3 hours. It really depends on you.

But here are the install instructions from TICs website:
Turn In Concepts

I would suggest reading the individual install guides like the Front Klicky Kit, Rear Klicky Kit, and Subaru Lever Pivot Bushings. Each of those will encompass the whole kit but it will allow you to focus on each bushing individually... and it has pictures!

Just did this to my 07 over the weekend. I did the TiC shift kit with the KB shifter. Best mod I've done to the car. The shifts feel EXCELLENT. It gets rid of the bucking shifts completely.
