I wish I could offer these, but the price would be upwards of $160 at least, plus I never performed the burning so I would have to experiment with that which could cost more if I had to get that done elsewhere.

hey chris i should be back home monday.. im with the nasioc guys doing the 48 hrs tri state drive.. i want to get the knob from you..

Yes I do!
Its a solid aluminum silver extension that fits over the reverse ring to cover up the mechanics, and I can custom-make any of my normal Sti knobs to fit onto the extension. the best part is that the knob will be able to go on the car by itself like normal, OR with the extension. You could also use the stock knob with the extension, but it wont have a nice flowing appearance like I can make custom for you.

Can I get a knob like, Type R Shift Knobs - TWM Performance Weighted Shift Knobs, this in Black with standard shift pattern engraving in the top in red for a 2008 STI please

I am gonna be using a Kartboy lever if that matters? Also how heavy can you make this piece?
They don't make that knob for the STI plus I want some custom stuff on mine and I love your craftsmanship.

All engraved knobs now come with a set screw inside to adjust the stop-point so there won't be problems lining the shift pattern properly. Thank you for the first 5 buyers of the engraved knobs for letting me know of the alignment issues, and patiently helping me solve the issues.

My plain silver 2" ball arrived today.

Perfect fit! Amazing machining work. I think it lends a little more of a European look to the interior of the my '08 STi.

As a former machine tool operator, I am puzzled about the process used to get such an excellent sphere. I can't see it being a lathe or mill without some special attachment. And the finish has polished off any sign of tool marks on the outside.
