IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (48) | just use some alch. to remove oils from the dials. Use the practice decal first just in case. They are set up to go on dry. Get it right the first time. You could put them on wet, you would need to remove from car for sure. Scott |

I sanded my dimples down flat and went over it and around the edges of the dial with a black marker. I just noticed something tonight with my dials. I'm not sure how this product is suppose to be applied. Do you keep the clear sticker thing on the outside? I pulled mine off tonight on all 3 dials so it's just the black piece. It looks absolutely perfect. With the clear sticker it kinda caught light at weird angles and made the dials look cheap. Maybe I was suppose to peal the clear part off? I never got any instructions ![]() Either way, great product, looks absolutely perfect. - Charlie | |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (48) | The clear carrier should come off. I chose clear over a mask tape, so you guys could see where the decal was landing as you applied it. As far as the brushed alluminum. I am not so sure it would work. I can send you an experimental set. Shoot me a PM. Scott This ad is not endorsed by this member.
